EA Elektro-Automatik's new energy recovery electronic loads in the ELR 9000 HP range can accept power of up to 15kW. 95% of the consumed energy is fed back into the local power supply. A further advantage of the high performance loads is the great range of input voltage of 0 – 1500V as well as the wide range of input voltages: as standard the loads can be operated with 380V, 400V, 440V and 480V supplies.
EA Elektro-Automatik have built this series based on their proven modular concept. Along with various voltage, current and power classes the equipment scores with its power consumption of up to 15kW. Compared to the previous ELR 9000 model with 10,5kW, this is an increase in the power spectrum of 43%.
Complete systems up to 240kW
The individual units of the High Power version are available in 19“ 3HE housings with voltages 80V to 1500V, current of 20A to 510A and power of 5kW, 10kW and 15kW. If more power is required a total system of up to 240kW can be built by using the integral Master-Slave interface and Share-BUS. These would then be controlled and selected via a master unit.
